Terms and Conditions
Goods charged by credit card are despatched within 48 hours, subject to availability. Cheque payments, please allow five working days before despatch.

Orders from outside Mainland UK may have additional postage charges. Please email for further details before ordering or a postage quote.

If goods are unavailable we will contact customers to notify soonest available date and offer a full refund.

Goods may be returned within 7 days unused and unsoiled for full refund or exchanged, less P & P. There are some exceptions with Riding Hats. Customers will be responsible for return postage.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% where appropriate against goods returned for Credit or replacement.

Any products made to measure from information/sizes provided by the customer are non returnable and non refundable. This includes special order Charles Owen Hats.

All prices quoted here are correct at time of issue and are inclusive of VAT @ 15.0%.

We reserve the right to alter prices under circumstances beyond our control.

All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling and goods are sold under UK law.

We are very happy to help and advise customers although we cannot be held responsible for the decision made when choosing a size.

We take security very seriously at Salcey Saddlery, that's why your on-line purchases from this web site are protected by something called SSL. When you use our on-line order form, all your details are scrambled up so that no-one can see them until they reach us. This method is called encryption and it means that your name, address and, most importantly, your credit card details are secure as they travel across the internet to our shop.
